The area is totally totally quiet as the street is a dead end... so you will sleep well! But its only 15 minutes from Eberswalder Strasse and Kastanienalle (For going out for drinks and stuff!!)

We have a beautiful canal apartment in the old center of Amsterdam, located on one of the 4 main canals which surround the center, simply a dream location: 3 minutes walk to Dam Square, 5 minutes to Anna Frank house, 10 minutes by foot to the Central station. The famous Jordaan is just around the corner, like wise the Saturday's farmers organic market and the coolest restaurants , bars & shops. The 100 m2 spacious apartment is located on the second floor . It is extremly light with the most stunning view over the 17th century buildings and the water. The living room and kitchen are one open big space surrounded by big windows and over looking the water, the bedroom and bathroom are separated spaces and both very comfortable. It is fully equipped including wireless high speed internet .
We are a couple( Israeli+Dutch) and looking to swap a place with someone in Tel Aviv,( in the center/near the beach or the old north) for about a month in November. We are still flexible with the dates so could shift it to either end of October or first week of December, nevertheless somewhere around this period .
A shorter swap for about three weeks or part of the period is possible . We prefer to swap with a single person or a couple, but a couple with a small child will be fine too. There is no third bedroom for a child but the living room is huge and there is an extra mattress that could be used.
We are serious, responsible, clean and trustworthy people and are looking to swap with like minded people.
