street (107th ) (corner of Ben Gurion) in a new building, 3 minutes
walk from the beach, 2nd floor with an elevator.

The apartment is in a great location in the heart of Tel Aviv, on Ben
Yehuda Street and Ben Gurion Boulevard. Walking distance to the local
Tel Aviv Beaches (Hilton Beach and Gordon Beach 3 minutes by walk) .
Centrally situated and close to all Tel Aviv has to offer. Near to bus
routes and services all close by, the closest super market is "Tiv Taam"
is a quality supermarket with fresh products and good meat and cheese
sections. They should deliver groceries if required.
In the area you can find cafes and restaurants as well on Ben Gurion
Boulevard there are famous juice bars, and sandwich kiosks where people
meet for coffees and spend time outdoors. There is a great wine shop on
Ben Yehuda/Ben Gurion corner. Some of the city's best ice cream and
frozen yoghurt bars are found near this block in Tel Aviv.
